Please Help Us to Help You

Norriton Fire Engine Company recently mailed out the 2nd notices for our annual fund drive.  Please be generous.  We understand that many organizations ask for money and there are time you feel that you just give and give.  Please remember that Norriton Fire Engine Company is the fire company in East Norriton Township.  We serve the residents and businesses of the Township and assist surrounding townships and boroughs when needed.  We are a non-profit group of men and women who put their lives on the line in order to save the lives and properties of others.  When you give to NFEC, all of your money goes directly to the fire company.  You are also able to check out where your money goes to.  Feel free to stop by either of our stations while our members are there.  You can meet the people your money is going to help, in person.  You can see the equipment and gear the donations go towards. 

Imagine its 2:00 in the morning and the members of NFEC are awakened from a sound sleep.  Someone has reported a fire in their home.  Thirty professionally trained men and women respond to your potential disaster.  It happens more often that we would like to think.  We must be prepared for all emergencies.  Its part of our responsibility to make sure that we provide the best qualified peop0le and adequate, updated equipment to assist you in such emergencies.  Unfortunately, we can't do it alone.  Without your contribution, there will be no way to afford the vital equipment and training or provide the necessary maintenance to keep our apparatus in good repair.  WE NEED YOUR HELP!

If you recently moved into the Township and received one with the previous residents name, you can still send it in.  Just check the box to correct the name and write your name in.   If you did not receive a mailing at all, please call us at 610-279-3456 or you can drop off a donation in the mailbox at our main station on Swede Road.

False Phone Solicitations for County Firefighters

There have been reports in surrounding areas of the county that a company is soliciting money for Montgomery County firefighters.  The claim is that the money will go to assist local fire companies and firefighters.  Please be aware that this is NOT TRUE.  The county fire organizations did not initiate any solicitations.  The Norriton Fire Engine Company does not make phone calls to ask for donations.

We send out an annual fund drive that clearly identifies Norriton Fire Engine Company.  Please, if you want to give to the firefighters, donate to the fire company directly via the fund drive mailer or drop a check off directly
